After a night out with friends, more local venues were generated. The Olympic club (very topical) which was fine except no dance floor and an irregular shape). Next door was the golf club - who stipulated they would provide the food and capacity was not to my spec. And finally Albrights and Wilsons.
Went there on a Sunday afternoon and there was a bouncy castle on the dance floor for a kids party. Its been a long time since I've been to a party here and its not changed much, apart from the name. Looks like I've found my venue.
